Informations about a replica JU 87 B2 in scale 7/10

Note: I am not responsible of symbols used in the Third Reich were and those who abuse the flags and other symbols of the German Empire and the Third Reich at parades and for other political purposes. The illustrations are on display here serve as technical information.

…unfortunately, there is no kit available for this. All I have is the Builder Guide and the large prints. This is, as far as I know, the only flying StuKa type (JU87) in the world. There have been other replicas that were around for a short time including one in Russia, but they have either crashed or do not fly anymore. I do not know of any that are being restored either with the intent of being a flying model. Too bad.

6-cylinder opposed engine from Lycoming Engines Michigan

It was built by Lycoming Aircraft around 1949…it is a type that was used a lot in twin engine civilian aircraft…as well as light tanks and helicopters. It is a GO-435-B engine with about 230 BHP. Six cylinder opposing, air cooled with an oil cooler, geared propeller.

The landing gear, main and tail are from a Fairchild PT-19…as is the control stick assembly and all linkage to the control surfaces. I have switched out the original control stick hand grip and installed a KG-13 control grip. I use the trigger button for my radio and the side button for releasing smoke during air shows.
